Coverage Need:

Call coverage November 14-15
December 7-12 : Monday through Friday in-office coverage, plus call coverage for all days.
December 21-27 : Monday through Friday in-office coverage, plus call coverage for all days.
Ongoing coverage, 2 weeks/month for 2027

Level I Trauma Center
Established IR Team with APP Support

Board Certification

Board Certified Interventional Radiologist (Required)

Licensure

Active Michigan Medical License (Required)
IMLC/Compact Licenses Not Accepted

Certifications

BLS (Required)
ACLS (Required)

Availability

Full-time coverage preferred
Current priority coverage needs are the week of December 6 and week of December 21
Travel candidates must be available for at least 2-3 weeks per month

Primarily Adult
Frequent Geriatric Patients

Volume

Average of 8 cases per day

Vascular & Endovascular Procedures

Angioplasty
Stent Placement
Embolization
Thrombolysis

Image-Guided Procedures

Needle Biopsy

Advanced IR Procedures

Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE)

Support & Resources

Collaborative physician team
APP support for patient management and procedural workflow

Ideal Candidate

Board Certified Interventional Radiologist
Active Michigan license in hand
Comfortable with hospital-based procedural practice
Willing to participate in Q3 call rotation
Available for consistent ongoing coverage
