Support Staff Available: Manager, 2 APPs

Credentialing Timeline: 90 days (expedited possible)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Board: BC in Interventional Radiology

Licenses: Active Michigan License (IMLC not accepted)

Certifications: BLS, ACLS

Other Qualifications: Local provider preferred; clean malpractice & license history (preferred); NPDB self-query required

Duties & Responsibilities
Perform interventional radiology procedures including angioplasty, stent placement, embolization, needle biopsy, thrombolysis, and UFE.

Provide hospital-based IR services during day shifts (Mon-Fri, 7a-5p).

Participate in Q3 call coverage (weekdays and weekends).

Collaborate with 2 APPs and other IR physicians.

Manage adult and geriatric patient populations.
