Collections Specialist - NC Licensed

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Collections Specialist - NC Licensed will manage client inquiries, improve account collections through effective communication, and maintain accurate records while working remotely. Key responsibilities Assist with account resolution by communicating account information and establishing payment arrangements Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while documenting all interactions accurately Encourage payment in full on accounts and maintain long-term relationships with clients and customers Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment focused on customer service, billing, or collections Basic knowledge of medical terminology Proven track record of strong negotiation and troubleshooting skills Ability to communicate persuasively and respond to customer needs effectively
