To support a growing team, the full-time remote North Carolina Licensed Collection Representative will manage high-volume calls with consumers regarding past-due medical balances, negotiate payment arrangements, and consistently meet performance metrics while maintaining compliance and documentation standards. Key responsibilities Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls professionally and confidently Negotiate payment arrangements that align with both consumer needs and company goals Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all legal and compliance standards Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems while communicating Willingness to obtain Professional Collections Specialist (PCS) certification within one year Reliable and responsible with a strong commitment to punctuality and productivity Successful completion of a company collector training program and background checks
