Business Systems Specialist

Responsibilities Take part into development projects and process support projects/tasks in cooperation with system providers and internal stakeholders Control the approval flow as part of the project plan Participate in onsite system / development implementations for factories Prepare written specifications to system providers together with master key users and business functions Test the system’s capabilities to ensure it operates according to the specifications and instructions Prepare a list of corrections for the supplier while following up the progress Support / create written functional instructions in cooperation with relevant stakeholders Prepare and update training materials and provide training for business stakeholders Support users and the helpdesk team in one’s own responsibility areas Qualifications M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent education Ability to approach problems and solve them in an analytical manner Good teamwork skills and excellent co-operation and communication skills Good training skills Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken Ability and readiness to occasionally travel globally Earlier work experience with business process knowledge is considered a strong advantage Benefits Opportunities to grow through cross‑regional projects and hands‑on development work A supportive, collaborative culture that promotes expertise and ownership Long‑term career prospects within the Motherson Group Supportive colleagues and a collaborative culture where teamwork and sharing knowledge are part of everyday life Competitive Employee benefits package #J-18808-Ljbffr
