Is This You?
- Do you read blueprints like a second language—including keyways for shaft work?
- Can you stage tooling, set offsets, and bring a CNC lathe or horizontal mill online fast?
- Do you love chasing microns and proving parts through precise inspection?
- Are you the person who keeps machines humming with smart adjustments and basic PM?
What You’ll Tackle
- Set up and operate CNC machines across drilling, milling, grinding, and turning
- Convert engineering drawings into machine-ready dimensions and setups
- Monitor production, optimize parameters, and correct deviations on the fly
- Inspect parts for accuracy, repeatability, and surface finish requirements
- Handle routine preventive maintenance to sustain uptime
Must-Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of CNC/manufacturing experience
- Proven ability to read blueprints, gauges, and keyway specifications
- Detail-driven problem solver who thrives both solo and on a team
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a high-paced shop
Nice-to-Have
- Hands-on experience with lathes and/or horizontal mills
