MANDATORY TRAINING REQUIREMENT

All new hires must complete 100% of required training :

• Full attendance is required
• No late arrivals, early departures, or missed sessions
• Failure to complete training results in disqualification

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sell vehicles and services in-store and online
• Handle internet leads, follow-ups, and customer communication
• Create short-form video and social media content daily
• Post approved content to company platforms
• Maintain a professional brand image at all times
• Follow proven sales and marketing processes

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Valid driver's license
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Willingness to be on camera
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
