We're seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee the daily operations, financial performance, and staff across multiple apartment communities within our Texas region.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Operations
Direct the overall performance, curb apple, and physical condition of multiple properties. .

Financial Management
Prepare, monitor, and manager annual operating and capital budgets to maximize property profitability.

Team Leadership
Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise on-site property managers and staff.

Operational Strategy
Develop and enforce standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for leasing, maintenance, customer service, and vendor procurement across the portfolio.

Risk & Compliance

Ensure adherence to local, state and federal regulations, including Fair Housing and OSHA laws.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• 3-5+ years of multi-site property management experience, with a proven track record managing portfolios of 1,000+ units
• Strong financial acumen , leadership capability, and crisis management skills.
• Proficiency in property management systems such as Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, or AppFolio, along with advanced Excel skills
