We are currently seeking a Kitchen Manager for our Topsham, ME location who is ready to make a lasting impact.
What You Will Do
As Kitchen Manager, you will have full ownership of all back-of-house operations, including:
- Overseeing daily kitchen operations to ensure consistent food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
- Leading the hiring, training, and ongoing development of all BOH team members
- Conducting weekly inventory assessments and managing ordering patterns to maintain appropriate stock levels
- Preparing and receiving food and beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Monitoring and validating daily prep production
- Driving guest satisfaction, sales growth, and profitability in alignment with company policies and procedures

What We Are Looking For
- 4 or more years of Kitchen Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- A demonstrated passion for creating high-quality food
- A proven track record of building and developing winning teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
