Aerie - Sales Leader (Full-Time)

YOUR ROLE
As the full‑time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed. You train, motivate and celebrate associates and you have a passion for driving killer sales results. Most importantly, you represent our company values and bring your REALself to work every day.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Sales floor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best‑in‑class, in‑store guest experience. Support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results. Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values, modeling leadership and holding associates accountable to AEO's service standards on the Sales floor and fitting room. Recruit, hire, train and develop associates to ensure outstanding service and a Guest First culture. Set clear, attainable goals with Sales and Stock Associates, provide performance feedback, real‑time coaching and celebrate outstanding performance. Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards, ensuring fitting rooms are guest‑ready and brand standards are met. Maintain store safety, asset protection standards, policies and procedures, and act with integrity.YOU'D BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may receive health care benefits (including medical, vision, and dental); wellness benefits; 401(k) retirement benefits; life and disability insurance; employee stock purchase program; paid time off; paid sick leave; and parental leave and benefits.
