Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social). Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Preferred qualifications: Experience working in one or more of the following fields: growth, product, brand, social, or partner marketing or research. Experience in consulting and working with behavioural marketing data. Experience with marketing and sales operations, financial analytics, or other related analytical experience. Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end. This role is within the Commerce, Analytics, and Payments team, at the heart of Google's Payments business. As a Payments Product Marketing Manager, you will directly impact the global success of Google Wallet and Google Pay. You will lead end-to-end go-to-market strategies for business-to-consumer (B2C) adoption and enable business-to-business (B2B) partner growth. You will craft compelling positioning, messaging frameworks, and toolkits tailored to end-users, merchants, financial institutions, and more. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Product Management, Engineering, UX, and Business Development—to represent user insights and influence product roadmaps. Your role requires orchestrating integrated feature launch campaigns, coordinating multi-channel rollouts, and driving scalable adoption across the digital payments landscape. Know the user. US: $116000 - $166000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits Develop and execute end-to-end B2C feature-launch and adoption campaigns, as well as B2B business development-enablement activations for Google Wallet and Google Pay. Craft compelling, differentiated value propositions and narrative frameworks tailored to consumers, merchants, issuers, and other partners. Partner with Product, UX, and Engineering to represent the user/partner, influence product roadmaps, and support alpha/beta launches. Define key marketing performance metrics (KPIs), track campaign performance, and iterate on strategy using data-driven insights.
