Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with clients to establish personalized treatment goals, ensuring they feel empowered and involved in their recovery journey.

• Provide evidence-based therapy techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to address various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, regularly reviewing progress to adjust strategies as necessary.

• Engage with community mental health resources and additional treatment providers, fostering collaboration for the benefit of client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of each session and client interaction, adhering to best practices in record-keeping.

• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance personal skills and contribute to the collective growth of our organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse clientele ranging from children to adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. Your role will involve understanding various socio-economic backgrounds and mental health histories to provide tailored therapeutic interventions. Through verbal therapy sessions conducted via telehealth, you'll support clients in overcoming their struggles with empathy and informed care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, and possession of a valid and fully active LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical setting or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, allowing for effective documentation and client interaction.

• Adept at using telehealth platforms and tools to deliver high-quality mental health services remotely.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
