Staff Editor

As a full-time Staff Editor working remotely, the candidate will enhance the quality and consistency of written communications across the organization by editing investor letters, developing editorial standards, and collaborating with executive leadership. Key responsibilities Edit investor letters, client updates, and presentations produced by investor relations and business development teams Partner with executive leadership to create talking points and firmwide communications while learning each leader's voice Develop and maintain Voleon's house style and establish streamlined editorial workflows for document drafting and approval Required qualifications Significant editing experience with formal, analytical, or investor-facing writing Demonstrated ability to write and edit with a clear sense of purpose and audience Exceptional command of grammar, style, structure, and tone Experience developing or managing style guides and editorial standards Familiarity with investment concepts or financial services, or a willingness to learn
