Job Title
Key Responsibilities:
Support the P&A – IT/OT Factory project portfolio by shaping & capturing demands aligned with business stakeholders and priorities
Contribute to the Delivery of the P&A– IT/OT Factory projects (on time, on budget, on scope, risks managed) together with the factory teams and global IT teams
Provide local support for defined factory and global solutions, ensure SLAs are met, and relevant site Knowledge Base articles are up to date
Ensure that the ITIL standards around definition and management of IT/OT assets are maintained and that asset inventories are up to date
Provide functional knowledge to support business objectives (technology watch, best practices) pertaining to your domain, propose and document added value IS solutions
Warehouse, Client, Automated Compounding Machine, MES application/solution experience is desired
Requirements:
3+ yrs of experience in IT with strong exposure to the factory OT environment
5+ yrs experience around manufacturing in a process/batch or relevant industry sector
2+ yrs Experience in IT/OT Support/Run as well as Projects environment
Experienced in several – IT/OT factory projects requiring sound technical understanding is desired
