Project Executive - MWH

Project ExecutiveMWH is currently seeking a qualified Project Executive to support our national portfolio of projects. This position will be based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The Project Executive will provide leadership, strategy and direction in support of existing and future project operations to include making decisions and recommendations that can greatly affect profitability of regional operations.Essential FunctionsEstablish objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards for project operations, within the boundaries of corporate policy.Support District Director, Operational/Regional Managers with business development, client relations, marketing, pursuit and project bid activities.Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of Project Managers to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget; investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.Monitor financial aspects of contracts; e.g. fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses, etc. Work with District Director, Operational/Regional Managers and Project Managers to protect company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with clients.Ensure that all projects executed by staff incorporate the project planning techniques prescribed by the Management Administration Plan. Provide appropriate input and review as required.Be accountable for ensuring projects are staffed with the appropriate resources and skill sets to achieve project objectives within company profit model.Be an integral part of the risk management process and reviews.Work closely with all members of the Constructors leadership team, including all support functions (Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, etc.).Ensure all employees follow safe work practices and use company guidelines and policies for planning and executing work in a safe manner.Basic QualificationsB.S.
