¡Capitole sigue creciendo - y queremos que formes parte del viaje! Estamos buscando un/a DATA PRIVACY & COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST con 3-6 años de experiencia para unirse a nuestro increíble equipo. Funciones: Documentar y evaluar los tratamientos de datos personales en IT, incluidos los registros de actividades de tratamiento (RoPA), las evaluaciones de impacto (DPIA) y las evaluaciones de impacto de transferencias (TIA). Apoyar el registro y la evaluación de sistemas de IA conforme al marco interno de IA responsable. Coordinar talleres con responsables de negocio, redactar evaluaciones y acompañar su revisión y aprobación con el área de Protección de Datos. Hacer seguimiento de medidas de mitigación y mantener la documentación actualizada cuando cambien herramientas, proveedores o procesos. Probar controles de seguridad y de IT, documentar evidencias y apoyar auditorías de certificación ISO 27001. Apoyar evaluaciones de riesgos de IT y hacer seguimiento de los hallazgos hasta su resolución. Requisitos: Entre 3 y 6 años de experiencia en privacidad de datos, cumplimiento de IT o gestión de riesgos de IT. Conocimientos sólidos del RGPD y experiencia elaborando de principio a fin DPIA, RoPA y TIA. Conocimientos de IT y servicios cloud, como Microsoft 365, plataformas SaaS y herramientas de identidad y seguridad. Experiencia práctica en pruebas de controles o controles ISO 27001. Inglés fluido. ¿Qué buscamos en ti? Capacidad para convertir información técnica en documentación clara y estructurada. Facilidad para colaborar con interlocutores de IT y de negocio y guiarlos durante el proceso de evaluación. Criterio para utilizar herramientas de IA en la redacción y revisar la precisión del contenido. Se valorarán certificaciones CIPP/E, CIPM o ISO 27001, conocimientos del Reglamento de IA de la UE y experiencia con plataformas GRC o de gestión de privacidad.
