Warwick, Rhode Island based Metals Processor seeking an Accounting/ Finance Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

·       Manage Day to Day Accounting Operations/ Cash Management – Working with A/R & A/P, Interface with bank reconciliations, month-end close.

·       Data base Administrative Skills including: Payroll, 401K, Health, Dental, Life Insurance

·       Generate Monthly Financial Statements

·       Insure Compliance with Federal, State and City Reporting & Tax Requirements

·       Prepare Necessary documents for semi-annual review by CPA firm

·       Various other reporting requirements

​ Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

·       Experience with ERP/Accounting Software
