Responsibilities
- Assist the surgical team in the preparation of procedures in the operating room
- Prepare surgical cases by creating and maintaining a sterile field
- Retract and pass instruments, supplies, and medications to surgeons during cases
- Maintain and manage supplies in the OR, including instrument and supply availability
- Perform a variety of technical skills related to perioperative care and sterile technique
- Support workflow and safety protocols to help ensure efficient, safe patient care

Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to work in an operating room environment and support the surgical team
- Capacity to stand for extended periods and assist with positioning and handling equipment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to sterile technique and patient safety
