Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,081–$2,098 per week Guaranteed hours: 36.0 Contract weeks: 13 Shift: 3x12-hour Days Start date: 08/31/2026 Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital in Lodi, CA On-call: 5 calls in a 6-week period, including weekends Responsibilities Deliver coordinated perioperative nursing care from pre-op through post-anesthesia recovery according to established standards and the nursing process Monitor patient status, interpret data, administer interventions, and document findings accurately Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, circulating staff, and other team members to plan and execute safe care Maintain strict infection control and sterile technique, ensuring equipment and environment meet safety standards Contribute to discharge planning and patient/family education to support continuity of care Delegate appropriately, supervise assigned nursing staff, and use clinical judgment to prioritize patient needs Requirements Active Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice (California) Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification from an approved vendor per policy Minimum two years of recent nursing experience; acute care facility experience preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Ability to work in a surgical/OR setting and fulfill on-call requirements; ability to participate in discharge planning and collaborate with the care team Candidates must meet health and credentialing requirements as part of the assignment process Benefits and Support Dedicated travel and recruitment support throughout the assignment Credentialing and onboarding assistance Support for E-Verify participation where applicable Assignment-specific onboarding and ongoing clinical support Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
