Asset Management Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global's client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support their Substation Asset Management team. This role will focus on maintaining, validating, auditing, and reconciling equipment data throughout the asset lifecycle. Great opportunity for a recent grad or early-career professional looking to grow within a large utility organization.

Responsibilities

Data entry, validation, and auditing

Reconcile information across multiple systems

Create and maintain equipment records

Review project and engineering documentation

Support data quality and process improvement initiatives

Partner with engineering, construction, and project teams

Skills and Requirements

0-2 years of professional experience

Strong attention to detail

Data validation, auditing, reconciliation, or quality assurance experience

Strong Excel skills

Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment SAP experience

Power BI exposure

Asset management experience

Utility, engineering, construction, or manufacturing background

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, or related field
