Are you a dependable, hands-on person who wants to make a difference in your community? Methodist Home for Children (MHC) is looking for committed people to join our team as Direct Support Staff in our Multipurpose Home in Lumberton, NC -a residential facility that changes lives and sets teens on the right path.

What You'll Do:

Be a positive role model for youth in crisis
Provide daily support and structure in a group home setting
Help teens develop life skills, change behavior, and build brighter futures
Work as part of a live-in care team in a high-impact environment

Requirements:

21 or older with a valid driver's license
High school diploma or GED
Experience working with youth or in a structured care setting
Willing to live onsite while on shift
