Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Home Health (PRN)

Job Description Nurse practitioner provides services through the performance of patient evaluation, assessment and treatment in the medical office or home setting as allowed by state licensure laws and under the supervision of the administrator with input from the medical director. Required Knowledge & Skills Education: Master's Degree Experience: Six months of related experience Licenses and Certifications GEORGIA REGISTERED NURSE LICENSE OR MULTISTATE NURSING LICENSE

Qualifications Graduate of recognized program for Nurse Practitioner training (MSN). Able to communicate effectively with medical and hospice staff and various populations within Tanner Health System and in the community. Location Tanner Resource Center-C0051 Remote Position No, not a remote employee Shift 1st/Days Shift Description PRN to provide in-home visits for Hospice patients Monday - Friday.
