Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Arizona (or eligibility)
• Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills
• Commitment to fostering growth, independence, and inclusion for all students

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 150 minutes of direct services monthly at two schools in compliance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and monitor progress for assigned students
• Consult and collaborate with teachers and staff to implement best practices in the classroom
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation per school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
