ONSITE ROLE

Roles / Responsibilities Data management and Account Receivable Support Job management Warranty Support (Registration & Cost Recovery/Claiming) Procurement Support: Parts orders Purchase Orders creation Executing Credit memo, Invoice Cancellation and/or Cost Transfers Experience / Qualifications The ideal candidate will have experience in the HVAC or a service organization. Knowledge/understanding of SalesForce.com (preferred but not required). Knowledge/understanding of SAP S4-Hana (preferred but not required). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with colleagues and customers at all organizational levels. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products. Ability to work without close supervision. Excellent time management skills. Able to multitask or manage multiple competing priorities successfully. Ability to follow and execute processes based on Standard Work Instructions. Education Requirements High school diploma (required). BA degree with 3+ years of prior shared service administrative support experience. Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of relevant work experience (preferred but not required).
