Technical Product Manager

Why consider this job opportunity: Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work with cutting-edge technology in the radiotherapy field Supportive and collaborative work environment Contribute to the development of products that provide meaningful value to customers Engage in competitive product analysis and innovative product definition Potential to assist with high-impact commercial launch processes What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Lead product definition by understanding customer needs and translating them into critical requirements Provide guidance and prioritization for product development projects and cross-functional teams Act as the “Product Owner” for software teams using Agile processes Assist in the development of testing methods and participate in validation processes Contribute to marketing efforts by providing input on product positioning and training for associates What is Required (Qualifications): Minimum of 5 years of product management, upstream/inbound marketing, or product development experience in the medical device industry Proven analytical skills and problem-solving techniques Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Master’s degree in medical physics is a plus, with relevant work experience in the radiotherapy industry How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): At least 4 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the radiotherapy industry or a radiotherapy clinic Experience with Agile methodologies and product development processes We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
