Facility Pro LLC is a growing commercial cleaning and facility management company based in Katy, TX.
We specialize in industrial plant cleaning, plant housekeeping, pressure washing, equipment degreasing, warehouse maintenance, and janitorial services for commercial, industrial, and government clients across the Greater Houston area.
We are ISNetworld registered, SAM.gov certified, and Texas CMBL listed.
Our team holds OSHA 30, H2S Awareness, SafeLand USA, and CCT certifications.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a driven, connected Business Development Representative to help us win industrial and government contracts. This is a commission-only role with recurring earning potential.
Here’s what makes this different: you earn 10-15% commission every single month for the full duration of every contract you close — not just a one-time payment. Close a $10,000/month contract and earn $1,500 every month it runs. A 2-year contract puts $36,000 in your pocket. The longer our clients stay, the more you earn.
If you have existing relationships inside refineries, petrochemical plants, chemical facilities, or government procurement offices — this role was built for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Identify and pursue contract opportunities at refineries, petrochemical plants, warehouses, and government facilities
- Leverage your existing industry relationships to get us in front of the right decision makers
- Present our capabilities and close service agreements
- Represent Facility Pro LLC at industry events and networking functions
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Existing relationships with facility managers, plant managers, or procurement contacts at Houston-area industrial or government facilities
- Background in industrial services, facility management, oil & gas, or B2B sales
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong communication and follow-through
COMPENSATION
- 10-15% commission on all contracts closed
- Paid monthly for the full duration of each active contract
- The more you close, the more you earn every month
- Flexible schedule you control your time
