Maintenance Technician  Compensation

• Pay rate: $22.50per hour
• Shift work schedule: 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off.
• Work hours from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• On-site position; no remote work available.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Operating, optimizing, and maintaining assigned production equipment.
• Meeting and exceeding production standards while maintaining product quality.
• Minimizing and preventing equipment downtime and sustaining budgeted waste levels.
• Maintaining accurate equipment logs and recording downtime and maintenance problems.
• Performing preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Monitoring in-process quality and addressing issues as needed.
• Following safety and environmental procedures and Quality System Requirements.

Maintenance Technician QUALIFICATIONS:

Critical Information

Education/Licenses Needed

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Maintenance Repair/Mechanical Experience or Proficiency required.
