Who you are:

As an Operations Clerk III with Frost, you will be responsible for investigating internal and external customer inquiries' regarding account totals and unposted items and adjusts accounts as required. In this role, you will serve as a mentor to less experienced clerks and provides leadership in the absence of a supervisor. Most importantly, this role is about providing top-quality service and keeping integrity, caring and excellence top of mind.

What you'll do:

• Review and investigate exceptions assigned in a timely manner
• Determine the source and resolution of problems through examination of various documents and records
• Recommend improvements in procedures to prevent or minimize future problems
• Balances General Ledger accounts daily for department and audit purposes
• Always take action with integrity, caring and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you'll need:

• Required Availability: Monday-Friday 4:00pm-1:00am
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Flexible work schedule
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
• Ability to work in a team environment

• Item processing experience
