Experienced Forklift Operator With Certification Needed For Immediate Start!Forklift operators are responsible for operating and managing industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks, into railroad cars or trucks or storage facilities. Shift details: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Pay: $17 per hour. Location: Brooklyn, NY.Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Certified Forklift Operator to join our team! As a Forklift Operator, you will be operating heavy machinery while ensuring efficiency and safety.Responsibilities include:Loading and unloading materials and inventoryIdentifying damagesReporting shortagesReporting quality deficienciesTransporting raw materials to production work stationsInspecting machinery and determining the need for repairsKeeping updated records of inventoryProducing activity logsComply with company policies and guidelinesAssist in keeping a safe environmentMust be forklift certifiedMust be able lift 50 lbsPick and PackShrink wrapLabelingPumpJackElectric PalletjackQualifications:1 year of experience as forklift operator or similar roleAttention to detailGood knowledge of industrial equipmentVery good physical conditionExcellent coordinationGood time-management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skills
