DSD Logistics Coordinator

Job Description You will act as the center of control, and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails. Provide administrative support and build effective relationships with those you support. Perform duties related to budget, expenses and purchasing processes. Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately. Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy. Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data. Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested. Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required. Qualifications Valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID (required for access to military base facility). Prior experience in administration and support roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills. Excellent teamwork and ability to anticipate needs and respond accordingly. Desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. Salary and Benefits The base salary range for this position is $46,500 to $58,150, depending on experience, skills, education, and location. The position is also eligible for a highly competitive bonus program and may provide opportunities for overachievement based on performance.
