Position Details Position: Mail Processor Location: Phoenix, AZ Schedule: Thursday – Sunday Hours: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM Pay: $ 20.99/HR What You'll Do Operate high-volume production printers and mail processing equipment Print, fold, insert, and prepare documents for mailing using automated inserter machines Verify print jobs and documentation for accuracy Process and distribute sensitive healthcare communications within strict deadlines Apply postage and complete mailing requirements Support daily mailroom operations in a fast-paced production environment Maintain confidentiality while handling protected healthcare information Equipment Experience Preferred Xerox Production-Class Printers Neopost & Pitney Bowes Inserter Machines High-Volume Print & Mail Operations Qualifications Previous experience in a mailroom, print production, fulfillment, or related environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PDF applications) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines Strong time-management skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods throughout your shift Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED Required Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
