Event Coordinator

Crestfield Talent is seeking an organized and energetic Event Coordinator to support planning scheduling vendor communication and day-to-day coordination for business events and internal programs.

This hybrid role is a good fit for someone who enjoys managing details coordinating multiple moving parts and keeping events organized from planning through completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event schedules timelines and logistics
• Communicate with vendors venues and internal teams
• Assist with invitations attendee lists and event materials
• Track deadlines open items and event-related tasks
• Support meeting and event setup planning
• Maintain accurate event documentation and internal records
• Coordinate follow-up items after events
• Help manage multiple events and priorities at the same time

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities
• Professional and dependable
• Previous event coordination hospitality marketing or project support experience is preferred
