CAD Coordinator – Walton, KY About The Role The CAD Coordinator is responsible for the planning and successful completion of projects, ensuring accurate documentation of the bid proposal and effective hand‑off to the Prefab team by effectively communicating with all relevant business partners. What You’ll Do Develop and prepare detailed 2D CAD drawings for commercial projects, including floor plans, elevations, and sections. Maintain and organize project documentation and CAD files. Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements during construction. Receive and process files for FrameCad machines. Create cut sheets and programming for CNC machines. Who You Are Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp). Experience drafting for commercial construction or custom projects preferred. Strong understanding of construction drawings and building systems. Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management skills. Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field (preferred but not required). Why Join Us?
