Marketing Analytics Manager

Twist Bioscience seeks a Marketing Analytics Manager to establish and maintain the analytics infrastructure between marketing data and business decisions. The role involves owning data models, defining metrics, delivering insights through dashboards and narratives, and ensuring data quality across a B2B and e-commerce funnel.
Responsibilities
- Document, maintain, and evolve the authoritative marketing data model and metric definitions
- Deliver end-to-end marketing performance measurement with business-focused insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with commercial, product, and digital marketing leaders to diagnose performance issues
- Own lead quality measurement, MQL definitions, and validation of lead scoring effectiveness
- Publish self-serve datasets and curated dashboards; set up automated data validation checks
Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining data models in warehouse environments like Snowflake
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau and analytics platforms
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives and recommendations
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with marketing technology stacks (Salesforce, Marketo/Marketing Cloud)
- Experience with lead scoring, funnel analysis, or marketing attribution modeling
- Comfort working cross-functionally with non-technical business stakeholders
