The role begins as a contract assignment, with the potential to move into a full time position after a short period if it's a strong mutual fit.Position DetailsPosition: Regional Talent Acquisition SpecialistLocation: Houston or Austin, TexasSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; 100% in officeParking: FreePay: $85,000–$100,000 DOEInterview process: Three stepsWhat You'll DoManage recruiting from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and acceptance.Build relationships with active and passive candidates, from emerging professionals through executive leadership.Partner with hiring leaders to understand their needs and advise on recruiting strategy, market conditions, and candidate selection.Develop sourcing and engagement strategies through networking, professional organizations, social media, and other channels.Track recruiting activity and share updates, metrics, and hiring insights with stakeholders.Help strengthen the candidate experience and support consistent, effective interview practices.What We're Looking For8+ years of full cycle recruiting experienceExperience in AEC or professional services strongly preferredConfidence screening candidates and advising leaders at different levelsExperience with an applicant tracking system; Workday or Avature is a significant plusStrong organization, communication, and presentation skillsAn engaging, collaborative, self-directed approach and the judgment to read the roomAbility to manage competing priorities and handle sensitive information confidentiallyA bachelor's degree in business, marketing, human resources, or a related field is required.
