About the Role NewPoint Media Group is looking for a driven, highly organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Austin. Our immediate hiring priority is growing our Business Development Representative (BDR) team. We have an established recruiting process, candidate profile, and playbook in place. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of executing that process every day, consistently building a strong pipeline of candidates and moving the right people through the hiring process. This is a hands‑on recruiting role. You'll spend your time sourcing candidates, conducting outreach, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, following up with candidates, and keeping the recruiting pipeline moving. While the initial focus will be heavily concentrated on BDR recruiting, we expect this role to expand over time to support hiring across other areas of the organization. What You'll Do Own day‑to‑day execution of our recruiting process, with an initial focus on BDR and sales hiring Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, our existing recruiting channels, referrals, and outbound outreach Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates against established hiring criteria Effectively communicate and sell the NewPoint Media Group opportunity to prospective candidates Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain consistent candidate communication and follow‑up throughout the hiring process Manage job postings and inbound applicants Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting pipeline data Track recruiting activity, conversion rates, hires, and other key recruiting metrics Identify opportunities to improve execution and efficiency within the existing recruiting process Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand current and upcoming hiring needs Expand recruiting responsibilities into additional departments as the needs of the organization evolve What We're Looking For 2–5 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related experience Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates rather than relying solely on inbound applicants Comfortable conducting high volumes of candidate outreach and phone screens Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong follow‑through Comfortable working within a defined process and being accountable to measurable results Competitive, self‑motivated, and comfortable working toward hiring goals Able to manage multiple candidates and open positions simultaneously Comfortable receiving feedback, being coached, and continuously improving Experience recruiting sales, BDR, SDR, inside sales, or other high‑volume roles is a plus Agency recruiting or staffing experience is a plus Why Join NewPoint Media Group Opportunity to contribute to the growth to one of the most recognizable real estate brands in the United States.
