Innovas is seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior HR Manager to build and scale people programs across HR functions in a remote, national US context. You will own onboarding, workforce planning, performance, HRIS, DEI, total rewards, analytics, and compliance, partnering with leadership to drive culture and employee experience. You will report to the VP of Human Resources and collaborate across teams to support growth, employee development, and policy implementation in a high-growth environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr INNOVAS
