Pay & Benefits

• Salary: Starting at $600,000+ annually, based on experience
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
• Stipends: $2,000/month residency or fellowship stipend

What You'll Do

• Conduct outpatient consultations, in-office procedures, and surgeries
• Collaborate with an experienced team of surgeons and primary care providers
• Participate in inpatient hospital care or coordinate with hospitalist teams
• Use Epic EMR system for documentation and patient management
• Provide follow-up care, manage patient panels, and ensure optimal outcomes
• Engage in teaching, mentorship, and collaboration with APPs and clinic staff
• Contribute to community health initiatives and participate in call rotation and weekend coverage

What You Need

• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
• Missouri medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• DEA and Controlled Substance Certification (CSR/CDS)
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience preferred

• Prior experience in a hospital-based or outpatient orthopedic setting
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
