Bringing clarity and closure to the loan process, the full-time Post Closing Specialist will manage the Post Closing report, review and resolve funding conditions, and ensure documentation accuracy while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Review and clear processing, underwriting, and closing conditions with urgency and precision Evaluate incoming documents to ensure completeness and accuracy standards are met Organize loan files by uploading, editing, and renaming documentation within Imaging Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years prior experience in processing, closing, or underwriting Knowledge of FHA, VA, and Conventional loan documentation Experience with LOS and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Ability to follow established operating procedures and meet deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
