Licensed Surveyor

Description Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is hiring a Licensed Surveyor for our Phoenix, AZ operation. Responsibilities Perform vertical and horizontal control surveys, boundary surveys, required calculations and computations. Establish ties to subdivisions, property lines and government land corners. Conduct project management duties and direct/manage survey crews and technicians, ensuring accuracy of surveys and calculations. Assist in field work on complex projects as needed. Coordinate and schedule crews and technicians as required. Serve as the primary liaison between the design and survey teams. Qualifications Professional Licensed Surveyor in the State of Arizona. Valid license as a Land Surveyor in the State of Arizona. Bachelor's degree preferred or a two-year degree from a technical school. Minimum of five years of experience working as/with a licensed surveyor. Experience in utility and/or general construction is a plus. General computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Windows OS, etc.). Experience with AutoCAD preferred. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay for this position is $130,000 - $145,000 annually, depending on experience.
