Job Title: RLS or LSIT - Geospatial Surveying Project Manager Department: Surveying SUMMARY We’re a Tucson-based geospatial firm seeking a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or Land Surveyor in Training (LSIT) with strong project management experience to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate land surveying/geospatial projects. Prepare project estimates, budgets, and proposals. Support field crews and ensure data accuracy. Communicate with clients and regulatory agencies. Requirements PLS (Arizona) or LSIT with path to licensure. Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required. 3+ years experience in surveying or geospatial work. Proficient in CAD and Microsoft Excel. Experience writing proposals and estimating. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to carry 50 pounds of equipment up and down steep mountains. Ability to work outdoors in uncomfortable weather conditions. Ability to be on your feet 8 to 10 hours a day, including remote work locations. Experience with safety protocols and procedures in field operations.
