Experience in caregiving, housekeeping, home health aide work, hospitality, or cleaning services is a big plus, but not required!

PAY & BENEFITS

• Competitive pay : $15-19 / hour (paid weekly)
• Performance bonuses, incentives & tips
• Paid training - no experience required

SCHEDULE & WORK-LIFE BALANCE

• No nights, weekends, or holidays
• Consistent daytime hours from 7:45am - 4:30pm
• Flexible part-time to full-time hours (20-35 per week)

You'll provide professional housekeeping services by following Molly Maid's proven cleaning processes to help families enjoy their homes.

What You'll Do

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards and processes
• Work as part of a team delivering high-quality, reliable home cleaning services
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner
• Take pride in your work and help create a positive experience in every home
• Earn tips for providing excellent service

Additional Responsibilities for Team Leads (Driving Role)

• Safely drive the company vehicle and manage the daily team schedule
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and properly maintained
• Support team members and help keep the day running smoothly

• Have experience as a caregiver, home health aide, housekeeper, janitor, or in hospitality

Job Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, reaching)
• Available to work daytime hours 7:30 am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
• Ability to communicate with customers
• High School Diploma or GED
• Clear background check
• Valid drivers license and clear driving record
