Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's specific orthopedic conditions and recovery goals.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patients' needs and track their progress throughout the treatment process.
• Manage a caseload, typically seeing one patient per hour, ensuring that each individual receives focused attention and high-quality care.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy techniques and exercise protocols, to enhance patients' mobility and functional capabilities.
• Encourage patient engagement through motivational support and education, fostering a collaborative relationship that promotes empowerment and adherence to rehab plans.
• Document patient care services comprehensively, maintaining accurate and detailed records using EMR Software, specifically WebPT, to facilitate seamless communication and care continuity.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary approach to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Continuously evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary to optimize rehabilitation efforts and ensure patient satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be primarily involved in the rehabilitation of patients with orthopedic concerns, including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and chronic conditions affecting mobility. Our diverse patient population ranges from athletes seeking to regain peak performance to older adults aiming to enhance their independence. Your expertise will significantly impact their rehabilitation journey, helping them navigate their unique challenges.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid state license as a Physical Therapist in California.
• A clean professional record with no history of board or disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise protocol development.
• Familiarity with utilizing EMR software, particularly WebPT, is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Strong background in designing and implementing effective rehabilitation programs.
• Experience in patient education and wellness program development is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
