Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise regimens, and education on injury prevention and rehabilitation.
• Continuously monitor and record patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment goals, progress, and the importance of adherence to prescribed therapies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and interactions in compliance with state regulations and company policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic rehabilitation, helping patients recover from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions affecting their mobility and physical function. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field is required.
• A valid Physical Therapy License and CPR Certification are mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
