This Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) delivers outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages within a structured clinical environment. The facility operates on a standard weekday schedule and maintains established clinical protocols to support consistent and quality care delivery. On-site support staff includes MDs, APPs, medical assistants, and licensed vocational nurses, with full medical, laboratory, and radiology support available.

The area serves as a gateway to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, offering access to hiking, biking, and scenic drives in the surrounding region. Cultural attractions include the ImagineU Children's Museum and the Tulare County Museum, complemented by a walkable downtown area featuring street murals, local breweries, and specialty shops. Clinicians on assignment will also find agritourism experiences and access to nature areas such as Kaweah Oaks Preserve in the surrounding region.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), working Monday - Friday on a day shift with 5x8 and 4x9 schedule options available. The schedule includes one weeknight shift per week with a closing time of 7:00 PM, and clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of primary care conditions across all age groups. On-site support staff includes MDs, APPs, medical assistants, and licensed vocational nurses, with full medical, laboratory, and radiology support available to facilitate daily clinical operations. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
