Responsibilities Maintain high standards in food preparation, safety protocols, and cleanliness. Prepare menu items according to recipes, plate presentations, and specifications, ensuring each dish meets quality standards. Complete all assigned prep work efficiently and set up the workstation. Follow sanitary and safe food handling practices and clean/sanitize work area before, during, and after each shift. Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects to maintain a hygienic and organized kitchen environment. Verify stock and set up equipment to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Qualifications Great communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff for timely, accurate preparation. High mobility and ability to move quickly throughout the shift. Physical stamina: standing for long periods and ability to lift between 25-50 pounds. Qualified prep cooks essential team members with a diverse set of skills. New restaurant opening!
