Bank currently has no Enterprise-wide tooling to effectively manage the increasing number of AI/ML models being built across the firm. With no enterprise governance, Bank will find it extremely difficult to respond to future regulatory queries in this space. The increasing number of AI/ML being built and deployed within Bank requires a centralized service to manage these effectively at scale.Key Responsibilities:Responsibilities include right from setting up AML Platform using vendor application as well as integrating with Big data clusters, upgrading Platform, and turning it to business-as-usual mode. We are seeking hardworking, experienced Bigdata (Cloudera CDH and CDP services and technologies) Support Engineer to join a growing, high-visibility cross-Bank team that is developing and deploying solutions to some of bank most important analytical problems. As a member of our team, you will install big data platform and setup Artificial Intelligence tools provided by vendors, upgrade and support platforms, support clients with data spanning bank global organization to solve emerging challenges via the utilization of new technologies.Overview of the department / team (team size, backgrounds, personalities ): Bigdata Platform team is spread across AMER, EMEA, SWISS and APAC regions providing platform services for various customers across the organization, team size is around 30 across all regions.Challenges Contractor will be facing in this role: Process but this is like any other big companyEssentials Skills and Qualifications: LINUX and Docker skills to setup and support Big Data and AI/ML Application Infrastructure Platforms. Scripting Python, Shell scripting, Ansible, SALT, orchestration, GiT, knowhow of Java. Big Data technologies required for platform Engineer and willing to a part of support Engineer. Willing to work on non-Big data platform hosted vendor software on Linux Infrastructure.
