We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support human resources, billing, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can manage multiple responsibilities, maintain accurate records, and help ensure the office operates efficiently.

• Oversee daily office operations and administrative activities.
• Handle invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, and data entry.
• Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage employee records, HR paperwork, onboarding, and other personnel-related tasks.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and files.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and employees professionally.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general administrative support.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate routine office needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee, customer, and financial information.
• Assist management with special projects and other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office management or administrative support preferred.
• Experience with HR functions, invoicing, billing, or accounting support is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
