The Community Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining a vibrant and engaged community. This role involves coordinating events, managing relationships, resolving conflicts, and working closely with various teams to enhance the community experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage with community resident members to build and sustain active participation
- Coordinate events that promote community interaction and growth
- Resolve conflicts and address member concerns promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to align community initiatives with organizational goals
- Collect and analyze feedback to improve community strategies and activities
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in community real estate management
