Position Highlights: 

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in our patient care team. You will be responsible for performing dental cleanings, conducting oral health assessments, and educating patients on oral hygiene. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to build relationships with patients will help create a positive experience for everyone who visits our office. 

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough oral health assessments and report findings to the surgeonTake dental x-rays using handheld x-ray machinesEducate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventative careAssist the surgeon during exams and procedures as neededMaintain accurate patient records and treatment plansStay up to date with the latest dental practices and technologies 

Qualifications:

Valid Dental Hygienist license CPR certificationThorough understanding of HIPAA and OSHA policiesAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited programExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well with patients of all agesProficiency in dental software systems Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care
